Strategic Roofing – 2026 Free Roof Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. SPONSOR: The Free Roof Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Strategic Roofing LLC, Largo, FL (the "Sponsor").
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco Counties who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Homeownership Required: The winner must be the legal and primary owner of the residence entered. The property must be a single-family residential home. Commercial properties, multi-family units, mobile homes, and rental properties are not eligible.
Employees of Strategic Roofing LLC, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. ENTRY PERIOD: The Giveaway begins on [9/17/26]
4. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. Enter by completing the official entry form at [https://strategic-roofers.com/roof-giveaway/] and providing all required information, including a description of why the nominee deserves a free roof. Limit one (1) entry per household/address.
5. PRIZE SPECIFICATIONS & LIMITATIONS: One (1) winner will receive a free residential roof replacement. To protect both the Sponsor and the winner, the Prize is subject to the following limitations:
Prize roof: a color chosen by the winner from the Sponsor’s standard options. In materials agreed upon by the Sponsor.
Permits: Strategic Roofing LLC will cover the cost of standard local roofing permits.
The Prize applies only to the primary residence.
The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. WINNER SELECTION: Entries will be reviewed by a panel from Strategic Roofing LLC. The winner will be selected based on a combination of factors, including the submitted story of hardship, community impact, and the current condition/need of the existing roof. The Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a preliminary roof inspection of finalists to verify the condition and ensure the home qualifies under the prize specifications before announcing the winner.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone and/or Facebook. The winner must respond within [48 hours] and provide proof of homeownership and identification. If the winner fails to respond or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. PUBLICITY RELEASE: By accepting the Prize, the winner grants Strategic Roofing LLC permission to use their name, likeness, submitted story, and photos/videos of their home and the roofing project (before, during, and after) for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
10. LIABILITY & WARRANTIES: By entering, participants release and hold harmless Strategic Roofing LLC and its employees from any liability, injury, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway. The new roof will include Strategic Roofing LLC's standard workmanship warranty and the manufacturer's material warranty.
