We just had our roof put on a couple of weeks ago and we couldn’t be more satisfied and impressed with the work. We didn’t even have to wait that long after we made the decision for them to make the appointment.. less than a month we had a roof.  The people we dealt with “Matt and Nick”, were so friendly, caring, and understanding and informative and  they were very fair with their prices too!   The workers did a great job and make sure they cleaned up very well afterwards.  The job is done mostly in one day and a less than a couple hours the next morning to finish up and clean up. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-STAR REVIEW FOR TYLER POWERS & STRATEGIC ROOFING! 🏠 We had the absolute pleasure of working with Tyler Powers, our Sales Project Coordinator, and he was truly ABOVE AND BEYOND from start to finish! Tyler was professional, understanding, knowledgeable, and—most importantly—never pushy or “salesy.” He actually listened to us, understood our concerns, and made us feel like he genuinely cared about getting the job done right. With a roofing project having so many moving parts, there were a few normal miscommunications along the way, but every time we reached out, Tyler was immediately available by phone and addressed things in record timing. That kind of communication is priceless! Tyler is also a local homeowner himself, which made a huge difference. He truly understands what it feels like to make a major investment in your home and put himself in our shoes. He was such a blessing to work with, and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone considering a roofing project! The entire Strategic Roofing crew was also incredibly kind, respectful, and professional. They did an amazing job keeping everything safe and clean throughout the process—and even took the time to understand that we have dogs and needed to let them out for potty breaks during the day. 🐶❤️ They were thoughtful about keeping the dogs and the work area safe, and when they finished, they really left everything looking like they had never been there! 🏠 What We Had Done Strategic Roofing replaced our entire roof system, including our metal roof and two flat roof sections, and our shed. They: ✔️ Removed the old roofing shingles ✔️ Re-nailed the decking to Florida code ✔️ Installed new underlayment ✔️ Added a solar attic fan ✔️ Installed a custom 26-gauge standing seam metal roof ✔️ Replaced both flat roofs with new TPO systems ✔️ Added insulation, new drip edge, and vents ✔️ Handled all permitting ✔️ Completed thorough cleanup Everything was done professionally, met Florida code, and came with solid material and workmanship warranties. Overall, the work was thorough, clean, professional, and high-quality, and we are extremely happy with the finished product. I had an excellent experience with Strategic Roofing-the entire team did an outstanding job on my new roof, installed a  new skylight, and added a solar fan. The workmanship was top-notch professional, reliable, and kept everything clean throughout the project. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations. Five-star service from start to finish! Strategic Roofing was outstanding in installing  my dream metal roof Project manager Eli Eliacin was an essential component throughout the entire process   His diligence, patience and kindness made the project a wonderful  worry-free  experience. Everyone I dealt with on their team was amazing. Extremely professional, dedicated, kind, caring and paid attention to every detail. Their Installers were skilled and excellent craftsmen. Supervisors were continually checking in on the job in person and making sure that I was satisfied with each step of the process. There is 0% interest payment plan available that convinced me to do my roof now rather than wait. I am so happy I did. I am so pleased with my beautiful new roof!  The Strategic Roofing crew did a fabulous job from start to finish. They were on time & went right to work. There are so many positive things I could say and no negative! Professional from beginning to end the Foreman walked around all day making sure there were no nails left behind to hurt the kids and pets. Roof replacement was excellent. Working with management, Matt is easy to.deal.with, very fair and responsive.  Quality of work is great. Job was completed in timely manner as communicated.  My neighbors were impressed and we would recommend them.
