By joining forces, we have combined Scott’s decades of specialized, hands-on roofing expertise with the robust resources and professional Strategy of FSI. Why We Built Strategic Roofing

For years, Florida Strategic Insurance (FSI) sought a roofer they could wholeheartedly recommend to their clients—someone who shared their commitment to ethical business practices in an industry where many contractors unfortunately take advantage of insurance carriers. That search ended on a local softball field, where Scott Cole and FSI partner Dave bonded over watching their daughters play together.

Through countless conversations in the bleachers, a foundation of trust was built. Once the FSI partners recognized Scott's deep technical expertise and personal integrity, they saw an opportunity to help him scale his vision. Strategic Roofing was formed as the perfect marriage of skills: Scott provides the specialized roofing leadership on-site, while the FSI partners apply their business professionalism to manage the daily operations, processes, and client communication.
